Handmade with Care:
Each sweater is made to order. The production time is a minimum of 10 weeks, depending on the availability of wool and my current workload. If I have multiple orders, the wait time may increase slightly.
Color Options:
You can choose from a wide range of colors in the Álafosslopi collection. Keep in mind that colors may appear differently depending on your screen, so feel free to ask about available shades before placing your order.
Sizing:
Every sweater is crafted to fit you perfectly, but here are the standard sizes for reference:
- S: Bust 93 cm, length to underarm 41–43 cm, sleeve length 47–50 cm
- M: Bust 101 cm, length to underarm 42–44 cm, sleeve length 48–51 cm
- L: Bust 110 cm, length to underarm 43–45 cm, sleeve length 49–52 cm
- XL: Bust 120 cm, length to underarm 44–46 cm, sleeve length 50–53 cm
- XXL: Bust 129 cm, length to underarm 45–47 cm, sleeve length 51–54 cm

As this sweater is custom-made to your individual specifications, it is excluded from the standard EU right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU).

For Customers Outside the EU

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the EU. Please ensure all details, such as size and color, are correct before placing your order. If you have questions or need assistance, feel free to contact me prior to purchase.

However, if your sweater arrives damaged or with defects, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will work with you to find a solution, such as a repair or replacement.

To report an issue, please email me with your order details and photos of the item.

Returns due to incorrect sizing or color choices are not accepted, as these are customized products made to order.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are 300 SEK per item and will be added to the total order value during checkout.

Multiple Orders:
If you order more than one sweater, an additional shipping fee of 300 SEK will apply.

Processing Time:
Please note that all sweaters are handmade to order. Production takes a minimum of 10 weeks before your order is ready for shipping. Delays may occur depending on wool availability and current workload.

Delivery Locations:
I ship worldwide. For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
