the STORY
begins in 2023

My name is Yvonne and I am the founder of paws4motion.

I live and think in movement. Not as a hobby, but as a mindset. I am an Ultra Trail Runner and I know from my own experience what structure, load management and recovery really mean if you want to stay healthy and perform long term.

I founded paws4motion in 2023. Not because I simply wanted to start a brand, but because a very personal phase in my life led to a clear realization.

After my divorce, I started to run almost excessively with my Husky Pepper.
Canicross suddenly became more than sport. It was structure. Stability. Orientation.

I ran to calm my mind. I ran to not stand still.
And Pepper ran with me.

During this time, I experienced how powerful movement can be. But I also realized how quickly intensity without structure can turn into overload. In humans as well as in dogs.

At the same time, I kept hearing the same sentence:

“Huskies are born to run. They know what is good for them.”

Yes, Huskies are made for endurance.
Yes, they love to run.

But genetic potential does not replace training.

A Husky feels motivation, but he does not recognize muscular imbalances.

He does not evaluate joint stability. And he does not build a solid foundation just because he enjoys running.

Enjoying movement is not the same as following a training concept.

I became aware that many Huskies get exercise. But only few receive structured conditioning. Strength, stability, mobility, coordination and recovery are often underestimated until the body starts sending signals.

I wanted to change this.

That is how paws4motion was created. As a combination of real life experience, sports based training logic and the commitment to build Working Dogs responsibly instead of simply tiring them out.

The name was chosen consciously.

Paws stands for the dogs.
Motion stands for intentional movement.

For me, paws4motion means movement with system on four paws.

This brand exists because I have experienced myself how much structured training can change. And because I strongly believe that Huskies deserve more than the sentence: “He will know what is good for him.”

Huskies deserve clarity.
Huskies deserve structure.
And Huskies deserve respect for their potential.
